Crossing my fingers HARD for this one! The last two times Bodom and BDM have come through, we've given 'em good crowds. And there's always a big crowd for the fukken Witch. :D

Why do bands i love tour with bands I hate? Skeletonwitch, Darkest Hour...

06-22-2009, 10:27 PM
I really don't want to pay Bodom prices to see a 25 min Skeletonwitch set.

And there are few bands I like less than Bodom.

Ah, really? I'm not a terribly big fan, but I think they put on a pretty good show.

It's sad that both of them are so popular.
On that note, in the spirit of this board lately, BUY MY SHIT.

Damn, I really hope they announce east coast dates for this! Last time COB was here they played 3 songs, they owe us!

(Even though the reason was totally rational)

06-23-2009, 08:19 AM
^ Yup, it's just lame that they're touring with BDM again.

06-23-2009, 09:04 AM
Why do they have to tour with BDM again? Can't stand them.

Though if there's a local date I'll probably feel like I have to go, since Bodom's my favorite band and I haven't seen them headline in a few years.

So much shit already in September/October, though.

06-23-2009, 09:33 AM
I'd definitely check this out if it hits FL, 'cause I'd be able to go in for free but seriously fuck The Black Dahlia Murder.

It's true. :D

I'd like to see Alexi/CoB when his shoulder isn't fucked up. TBDM and Skeletonwitch is definetly a plus. This tour might come somewhere close if this is just th first dates.

Oct. 11. i will be there. seems like a small place for a bodom show though

06-24-2009, 01:57 PM
nice, some unusual places though, guess since they already were here like 4 times since blooddrunk. I hope In Flames comes to places a little closer to me like philly/baltimore when they release the rest of thier dates.

06-24-2009, 02:19 PM
Dang. :(

edit: double dang. It'd be great to see Skeletonwitch 3 times in one year.

06-24-2009, 04:23 PM
No BDM in SF, this might be a go depending on the setlist.

06-24-2009, 09:18 PM
definitely going to this one. since the date is on my bday and i love CoB. really hope they play bed of razors on this tour

06-25-2009, 04:38 AM
No Texas :(

06-25-2009, 07:46 AM
I'm actually happy for this. CoB haven't played Lupo's since March 06, and it easily has a better sound system than The Palladium. Plus, it's only 10 minutes from my house, and that + the lack of Black Dahlia Murder in Providence?

I'll be there.

06-25-2009, 03:22 PM
im pissed Black Dahlia isnt playing in providence. But im going to see them on Mayhem so whatever. Hopefully the other support kicks ass. I do love me some Skeltonwitch though.
