So far...

1. Pull Me Under
2. Constant Motion
3. A Rite Of Passage
4. Hollow Years
5. Metropolis Pt. 1

A crime to be so short, but what do you expect out of a 50 minute set from an epic long song prog band? Great show, wish I could see them at ProgNation.

It's a shame they had such a sort time to play. They always deliver live but anything short of at least a 2 hour set from them and you're not gonna get many songs. Still an OK song selection given the short time they had

I would feel more forgiving about the small number of songs if I didn't know that Hollow Years was done as an extended jam version twice as long as the original.

It sounded good though. Besides, there is always ProgNation.

I won't be going to ProgNation. I dislike all the support bands, DT's set is probably going to be weak, and it's definitely going to be short. I'll be holding out for the US tour with just one or two support acts and a longer set.

James has the easiest singer's job in the World. He only has to be on stage for 40% of any given set.

To be honest, that's pissed me off the last two times I've seen them.

I would go too, but you think it'll be a shorter set? I wouldn't know, I don't know how ProgNation works or anything, I would have thought it would be at least 2 hours.

Their ProgNation set will only be about 90 minutes.

And yet he's not even a very good live singer or all-around frontman.

I agree on the frontman scope, he's not very good. But he does a good job singing, granted he isn't the best and he can go off a couple of times.

Nor are many front-men, but you'd be pissed if they were AWOL 6 times out of 10!

That's strange the two times i've seen them live he did a good job of getting the crowd going. He was moving around the stage really well which actually surprised me. He is a good live singer but he can be off sometimes but when he sings at the level he has to in order to perform the songs every night i let the fuck ups slide. It can't be easy to sing like that on a tour. Le Brie is 46 now and I think he's doing a quality job still. Not a lot of singers can still do what he does at that age.

This was a great show :D shame though, I was hoping for a bit of Learning to Live. In fact, all I&W songs would have been great. James' voice needs work, he couldn't hit many of his high notes.

Haven't heard them live since I saw them 2 years ago maybe James voice has declined a bit now. Also it's the begining of the tour so maybe his voice needs a few shows to get in tour shape. I've noticed through the years that Bruce Dickinson's voice is like that sometimes as well.
