I was at Ben Folds at Crossroads KC a few blocks away so we got Rockfest's end-of-show fireworks as well :D

Hmmm, you only watched all of the main stage bands?

Shame. Duff McKagan, Federation of Horsepower and The Parlor Mob were on the second stage.

Corey Taylor joined McKagan for 'It's So Easy', apparently.

Yeah...I held my spot all day, and I didn't want to battle the crowd just to see a band get only 30 minutes on the second stage.

You like, let alone know, Federation of Horsepower?

Few comments about this... for one that's an absolute abomination that Buckcherry is butchering a classic metal song. Does their audience know who Deep Purple is?

Haha did anyone else see that it looked like Korn dumbed down their setlist for the KC radio audience? If you look @ their set on this recent tour they took out a lot of their singles until this. I just find it very funny

Not wasting my breath on Shinedown. I've bashed them enough. Got way 2 easy.

Was interested in solo Corey Taylor though & to hear the G 'N' R cover.

Just glad I got to see STP last year.

I'd have to say Rockfest would be more of a party than Ben Folds :D

You'd be surprised how many rednecks were openly taking hard drugs and how many underage girls were flashing themselves at Ben Folds.

I would have to agree. I'm not going to act like I enjoy Ben Folds but yea I've seen alot of girls that love Ben Folds and I can totally imagine the flashing. I'm sure that was a treat.

I'm totally just kidding. I went to Ben Folds for the music. I had tons of friends who went to Rockfest for the jailbail flashing, underage drinking, and the freely available drugs. Anything but the music. :P

Yeah, great band. Why?

That's so weird to me. Part of their band works for our local hard rock station, 98.9 KQRC. They put on Rockfest. Never thought they'd be known outside of KC. :D

So this might be a stupid question, but did saving abel make a song called tooth and nail, or did they play a Dokken cover?

What a horrible Buckcherry set list. I understand that they are still supporting Black Butterfly which was horrible but god forbid that they play anything from their self titled debut aside from Lit Up. Take out all of those shitty ballads and add some songs from Timebomb.

It's their own song, and it's not that good lol
