And I won't fucking get to this year.

Move to Jersey

DethMaiden

Ohio has lots of big cities for bands to hate it so much.

And I certainly won't move to Jersey. I'm not a Jersey-savvy kind of fella. I belong in the midwest for now.

I guess that still isn't impossible. But school's back in session once the tour starts, so it looks doubtful.

Their total ignoring of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and the northeast makes me think there will be a second leg.

They are playing Saturday night. Hotel right next door. Mindcrime I & II. Windy City. Sweaty metalheads. I know you want to go!

You and my dad I guess;)

My dream set would be both Mindcrime's too, because that should be quite a spectacular and memorable event for metal in general, but also because Mindcrime is one of the best albums ever, and even if I hate every other song on Mindcrime II 'I'm American' kicks fucking ass and I can't wait to see it live again:rocker: :rocker: :rocker:

I'm still hoping to. I'm so painfully broke right now I actually can't afford tickets. I'm just hoping that they don't sell out all three nights in the next month or so (which is probably unlikely.) Once May is here and I'm back to full-time I'll have those tickets ordered in no time ;)

Fanboy.
You're just too ignorant to admit that 80% of everything since Empire has been bad. I see you're quite the Tate fanboy as well, being you're "too metal" comment. They USED TO be a fucking kickass heavy metal band. Then they gave it up to become an alternative progressive pop grunge jazz band.

:flame: 6 adjectives is far too many.

I love the Promised Land, Tribe, and O:M II albums, and I think HITNF and Q2k both have their great moments. Just less moments.

Yeah, I have always loved The Warning and I wish they would play more from it live. It was great to hear En Force last year on the Priest tour. And the EP medley was also cool. My dream setlist would have to include some Rage for Order but we have heard most of it live in recent years, whereas The Warning has been fairly ignored (besides Take Hold of the Flame.) There are songs from it that I have not heard live since '84.

I don't by any means hate Queensryche... in fact everything up to Empire has pretty much made them one of my top 5 favorite bands... I just completely disregard 80% of everything they've put out since then.

... and I hate fanboys of any band, regardless of who it is.

You should say you hate fanboy ideology, not the fanboys themselves ;)
